PROBLEM:
Constructed by Denison Parking in 1987, this 11-story garage in downtown Indianapolis was displaying rough, uneven surfaces; chipped-away columns; crumbling stairs and multiple other signs of wear appropriate for a structure that had been serving motorists for more than 30 years.

SOLUTION:
After assessing all 94,740 square feet of the garage, we got to work repairing decks and stairwells, routing cracks, replacing joint sealant; applying new coatings and executing striping that restored 327 N. Illinois to its original appearance—and strengthening functionality for decades to come.
